"The elevators were not all in working order and one seemed to be a bit rough when moving. The hotel seemed to run off of the one next door they used their pool and we ate at the river room for dinner and breakfast which was great! Not sure if that restaurant is associated with the best western or the hotel next door. "

"BE CAREFUL, THIS IS A RUNDOWN PLACE, WITH COCKROACH INFESTATION. THE BEDSHEETS HAD STAINS, AND THE BLANKET HAD HOLES. I LEFT AFTER 2 HOURS THAT I ARRIVED, I DIDN'T SLEEP IN THERE AT ALL!"

"Love this hotel, EXTREAMLY clean room, staff does all they can to make sure you enjoy your stay, parking lot was under construction but manageable as long as you can judge the width of your car. I can't say enough good things about Four Points Windsor. Did not eat at the onsite restaurant. "

"The staff were fabulous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was great but would be nice if they had a better selection of breakfast meat. Kids had fun in the pool. "

"The check in was handle very well - Melissa was excellent in assisting us and provided local information for our immediate needs for dinner. Melissa also provide information for next day activities and other restaurants to consider. Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of options for cold or hot and the staff made fresh waffles for you if requested. The staff there were helpful and courteous during the meal. We had a suite - the only thing I would add - the couch definately needs large cushions added for back support while sitting. "
