The hot tub was not working, the waterfall shown in the pictures was not working, and the pool was barely warm. We got the hotel breakfast which we had to wait a very long time for, and the waiter was very unwelcoming. "

Also the check in process was terrible and so hard to get around that place. Would stay elsewhere for 1/3 the cost. "

"Check-in was quick and friendly, as was check out. Room was clean and had everything for a one night stay. Convenient location to the Colossum, where the casino and shows are. Close walk but wouldn’t recommend that as the area was a little rough. We were happy with our short stay. "
