The property was in rough shape. Our original room was not clean, missing a the fridge and the bathroom door was falling off. The staff was kind enough to move us to a different room.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The toilet was very low to the ground (not the normal height) and made it difficult for us seniors to get up from. I guess we should have booked an accessible room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The website offered a pool and hot tub. And they assured us both would be in working order when we checked in. Actual Facts: The pool was freezing and hot tub was not only not working, it was closed permanently! When I checked out, I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do that! I can’t believe Holiday Inn allows its name to be associated with that establishment!

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the past 40 years. Air conditioner was out of refrigerant and struggling all night, hot tub was drained, hand railings are all broken as we have a guest that requires special needs. If I could get my money back that wouldn’t even make up for this horrendous experience.
