"Stunning property. A beautiful and serene eco wellness resort type. The staff were incredible and everything was seamless and easy including use of their free shuttle. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. The food was impressive and delicious - love the farm to table. We did the half board with our stay and so worth it. Loves the pool, cold plunge and sauna. Would definitely recommend. An oasis."

"Conveniently located - 5 minute walk from the train station. There are no convenience stores nearby, so shop before you settle for your stay. There is no restaurant in the vicinity as well. Pleasant staff. Quaint, quiet, serene environment. If you are looking for a place to relax, do nothing, this is the place for you. We enjoyed the outdoor onsen & the baths. Rooms are clean with complete amenities. Our room did not include a shower, you will need to go to the communal baths in at their basement. Croissants & coffee for breakfast are included. No proteins, so bring your own. Kakigori (shaved ice) are available in the afternoons. We really enjoyed the foot baths after a long day walk."

"Staff was extremely helpful. As soon as the taxi arrive at the entrance, staff was ready to greet us, help with the luggage, drinks, and check-in process They have a shuttle that pick people up from Odawara station and Gora station that we did not use. We did use it to get from hotel to Gora station though Breakfast is good. Dinner was also great but both nights had similar dinner"

"Excellent location!! Super close to Gora station, which is where the Hakone railway ends and The Hakone Loop starts. Multiple bus stops near and food options as well. Property had everything you could want. Public/private onsen, big breakfast buffet selection, and tons of space to hang out and relax. Free snacks and beer every evening as well. Recommend"

"The place was clean and has a washer/dryer. Beautiful bathroom with a hot spring water flowing in the tub. Huge apartment for the family. They are quit remote from any restaurants, we arrived late to the hotel and had to go out to find dinner, most of the restaurants there were closing by 8p. So we walked around tired and hungry and not finding any place to eat dinner, But found Lawson and grab some instant noodles to bring back to the apartment to eat, Had I known about the scarcity of dinning options, I would have just packed food to make there. There was a nice kitchen with all the amenities to make a meal. I would go back and bring food next time."
