"This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tokyo and wants to have access to all corners of the city—through the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The staff is very courteous and their buffet breakfast is exquisite. You will not be disappointed. "

"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable. The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling. The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."
