「Staff is friendly and helpful, free parking is good for driving trip. However, room condition is not good and shocking. Cigarette bud with lip gloss on the floor, A pair of False Eyelashes sticked on the tissue box. That strange and unnatural and making you feel frightened.」

From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. 「早餐豐盛」

「房間雖小，但五臟俱全。 離JR站要步行大約15分鐘，但是鄰近住宅區，所有比較寧靜舒適。 如果要找餐廳或者購物，可以步行到JR站的商場，商場附近也有很多餐廳選擇。 唯一缺點，就是被安排到吸煙房間，有一陣濃濃的煙味。」

「部屋は綺麗でアメニティなどもしっかりありました。お風呂や洗面所も髪の毛などなく衛生的でした。朝のパンが硬かったのが少し微妙な点です。」

The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease.」

「お風呂のお湯を出すのに蛇口が壊れてて時間がかかった。露天風呂の周りに虫の死骸が多かった。この価格ならそんな事も気にならなかった。」
