「Staff are very friendly and helpful」

「The breakfast staff was wonderful and everything was warm and delicious. The menu very daily, which was nice. The rooms were nice, clean, and the staff was wonderful.」

「generally we enjoyed our stay here n the room was clean n tidy. we tried to hv food inside the room n found that no spoons were provided n called the front desk, the staff was so efficient to deliver it to us. i would like to recommend this hotel.」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「Clean room, gracious and accomodating staff (shout out to Joy), seemed safe with security gate and good locking mechanisns on door, and it was quiet. The have a great policy to get your $100 hold back to you very quickly (within hours of departure for me) assuming, of course, there are no additional charges. I got an email on the same day that charges were reversed. This can be a problem with some motels/hotels..」

All the materials seem new, just a old comfortable style. Much better for us than a run of the mill Marrott or Hilton.」
