「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」
