"The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. "

"The cottages were clean and so comfortable, they had everything we needed. Staff were extremely accommodating and honestly seemed happy to work here. We went on 2 cave tours for cascade cave and x cave, both were amazing and i highly recommend especially for families with kids as my 6 and 8 year old loved the experiences "

"Room smelled terrible and we couldn’t open the windows due to the amount of stink bugs between window and screen! Toilet ran constantly…. Breakfast was terrible.. they had biscuits and gravy with out the biscuits… no milk for the cereal… many what appeared to be u housed people with dogs staying there! I would not recommend this place!"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average with good food and hot coffee. Really nice dining area. Would definitely recommend this hotel. And the bonus is there is a Cracker Barrel right across the parking lot!"
