「During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so...

「I stayed here for three and it was a terrible experience. This property is poorly maintained and, frankly, a health hazard. Bed Bug Infestation: The most serious issue was the bed bugs. I was bitten in multiple places throughout my stay. This is completely unacceptable. Filthy Conditions: The room was covered in dust, the floors were dirty, and the bed sheets provided were stained/soiled. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas were also in a disgusting state.
