"Our room was clean and comfortable. Lots of space. Room was a little noisy at night as it faced the street but otherwise wonderful. The space was well equipped, but a microwave in the kitchen would have been helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Stratford."

"The room was immaculate and so spacious. The beds were luxurious, but a wee bit too high to get in and out of safely without assistance. The kitchen was well stocked for a couple of people - could have used a bit more cutlery and plates for the family. The hotel is in an industrial area off the 403 so I doesn’t boast beautiful scenery, but we weren’t there for that anyhow!! The heavy curtains and the sheets on top of them both closed well for a dark room at night (or in the daytime) to early accommodate sleep. The accessible washroom and roll-in shower were the icing on the cake! Such a treat to be able to sit down in the shower at a hotel and not have to climb over a high tub. The soap, shampoo and conditioner all smelt amazing too!! The staff were so kind and helpful. There was a hockey tournament going on, so the whole hotel was incredibly busy, but kept clean despite it all! The hallways were noisy with kids and the staff did their best by putting up signs - ultimately it’s up to the parents, not the staff, to manage the kiddos - running and screaming up and down the hallways… Truly overall, an amazing experience that we would totally do again- we recommend this hotel highly!"

"Not our first stay and not going to be the last. Convenient location to airport, restaurant etc. hotel is clean and staff always helpful! Breakfast is better than average for an included breakfast!"

"Found the rooms to be extremely warm with no way to turn down heat. Opened windows but then very noisy since on a busy road. Hotel room also needs repairs. Many stains on the bedroom carpet. Checkin also challenging. Consistently was not sent info for the second room I reserved including room number and pass code. "
