"Excellent hotel. Clean hotel spaces, rooms, and more. The senior staff knows how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend. "

"Power went out in the middle of the night. Had to listen to the smoke alarm "chirping" all night. By 8am power was still out. Elevator wasn't working so we had to use the stairs. No problem using the stairs. The problem was, the security lights weren't working in the stairwell so we were walking down stairs in the dark. It was only one flight of stairs that was dark but thats all it takes for someone to get hurt. "

"Humid and warm inside pool but no hot tub. Didn’t use it during the day Internet we get a head cold. Although bathroom has large tub in lieu. The van Houte coffee maker Keurig was phenomenal option for free for guests and tasted amazing with fresh ground coffee beans. My mom kept getting the hot chocolate and now ordering her own it was that good. We had issues with the noise late at night when going to bed. Kids playing floor hockey in the hallway. Then people above us stomping around and then young women chatting and laughing right outside our door. We had to call reception three separate times before we had enough silence to sleep without disruption."

"The room was clean, the staff was wonderful and offered me a free room upgrade as i was travelling alone and they originally wanted to put me on the 1st floor, i asked for a higher level for saefty they were happy to provide no questions asked!"

"I was in room 4, Queen main floor. It had two windows that opened to a inner wall which was perfect for me. I could have the windows open, fresh air and no worries of people. The room was bright and very comfortable for my week stay. The staff checked in everyday but other than that I saw no one. Perfect for the antisocial/ want to be left alone type traveler. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk to anything worth going to. Things to be expected for this older building with character is: you can hear people above you, so if that's a problem take something on the top floor. The water take 3 minutes to heat up so turn in the tap as you're getting ready for your shower. There is no staff on site so make sure you make any requests during their daily routine in the morning(they are fast at getting it done for you). Will definitely stay again. "
