「Only stayed one night. The property is older, but you can tell they try to keep the place nice. Other than this place not being super well polished. I can’t really find a reason why I wouldn’t stay here again. 」

「I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.」

「The problem was that we booked because of the ability to park our car while we fly on vacation. They told us when we got there that they did not have a shuttle driver till after noon. Not to worry that if we take an uber they would reimburse us. ( they did not). Then when we got back from vacation and called to have the shuttle pick us up. I was told take an uber and they would reimburse us when we got to the hotel. ( they did not). I was told on the phone that their shuttle was supposed...

「This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th 」

「This whole building is under renovation right now. Only the second floor is open on April 23rd. The room I stayed in was spacious and perfect. The rest of the building is in total chaos!」

「Arrived at noon. The coffee shop was closed. The lobby was packed. Had to wait three hours for room and there were no comfortable chairs or sofas to use while waiting. Only had a cafeteria area with hard cheap chairs. Def not what I’m used to.」
