「The property itself was fantastic, spacious , everything you need really well decorated and great location the owners have done a great job. Parking is a huge issue, only one space super tight so easy to hit your car. No outside space at all which with pets is not good. Biggest problem is management (Sykes) tried calling twice no answer , WhatsApp still awaiting a response just really poor the owners should consider changing. No bin for number 4 to clean up. Such a shame as the property is super...

「Beautiful views,so peaceful. Plenty of wildlife to watch and stunning walks and scenery. Property was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Highly recomended for a magical getaway.」

「Rating is more specific to hotels.com listing details, not the actual space. Note that hotels.com incorrectly shows the location on the map, house is actually over an hour walk from the center of Windermere. Further, hotels.com inaccurately details free WiFi at the accommodation. Space itself is about as pictured. Very cosy, lovely garden, however did quite aggressively smell of wet dog and conservatory had some spiders/cobwebs. 」

「The stay at the cottage was good. It is positioned on a busy road but it quiets down later at night. There is a shop at the petrol station that has everything you will need for the stay and close to bus tops to take to Ambleside and Windermere. The beds are on the soft side but not uncomfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped but he had to buy paper kitchen towels, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. All in all, our stay was great. We would stay here again. 」
