「When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. 「The property is within a stone's throw from everything in Bowness, but that's about it. The flat itself is spacious, but it is meh. It lacks some touches, and most amenities need refurbishing/replacing. Only one vertical fan was available, and the small fans in each room is a heater/fan combo that does not provide cooling especially in the heat. 「Unbelievable apartment!!! What a find, from the moment I found The Rockefeller on Expedia to arrival through to the end of the stay everything was the best!! 「Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned.
