" Very slow when checking in. Should train employees before putting them in charge at night shift. Took over 10 minutes to get my room key and process deposit. Employee at the reception had a hard time registering me on a laptop like it was the first time him working in checking a guest in."

"The pool was great! If you like waterslides, this one was really fun. I found the beds a bit hard for my liking, but otherwise the room was everything needed. Overall was a good stay!"

"Friendly staff, beautiful rooms with view of the river and a hop skip and a jump from Cibo’s by the river which is an excellent restaurant! The AC/heating is much too loud though so we turned it off and the bar fridge was also extremely loud so we unplugged it. But otherwise super!!"
