「Everything was great, clean, and friendly staff!」

「I found the rooms to be kept in very good order, clean and organized. We had our coffee machine, microwave and fridge together so there was no going back and forth. We had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. ANOTHER BIG PLUS they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in big bottles so we didn't have to being ours along. 「Entire property was run down including the rooms. Was like being in a hotel from the 1980’s. Entire place smelt like smoke, hot tub had hair and clumps of something floating around, pool water was very low and stains all over the hallway carpets. Felt like an incredibly unsafe area especially for a solo traveller as evidenced by the drug users coming into the hotel lobby to use the ATM. “Breakfast” option, was very disappointing. 「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, the staff member who checked us in had a very unfriendly attitude. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being treated like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. Second, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The condition of the room was much older and more worn than expected. The cleanliness and maintenance were also unacceptable. There was visible yellow mold growing along the bathroom...
