"The location is fantastic, super walkable with tons of great locations in Zona Romantica to visit nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated sure but my bed was comfortable and thats all that matters to me. My biggest takeaway is that if you want beachfront in the heart of Zona Romantica, the pricepoint of Playa Los Arcos can't be beat. Thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay."

"The staff was friendly and helpful for any questions or support we needed. The night shift attendant helped us with the pilot light of the room. Greatly appreciated his help! Lovely small and boutique style venue near all the action. Would stay again."

"The special meal area should be on the beach not outside under the kitchen fans the meals from it also came stone cold. The restaurant really needs to control the birds like previously we always had to guard our food as well the chairs always had bird feces on them our clean table as birds were flying over and dropping feces. Please go back to having the falcon person there. Rooms need updating new kitchen ware as well as maybe microwaves."

"We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Casa Maria. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast every morning was great however, could use different daily selection. Bartender goes above and beyond for guest. She is absolutely the best! Thank you to everyone at Casa Maria we will be back!"

"Very large suite, that made me very comfortable. Great hot water shower, fridge, microwave, all the necessities. I arrived early, only problem was getting inside as there is no front desk and I was not getting a response. A courier guy was going in, that is how I was to enter, after that everything was perfect. Building is solid, location is fun . Thanks for hosting me, I had a great holiday."

"We booked a fully all inclusive trip. Upon arrival the hotel refused to honor the all inclusive.i showed them our confirmation number and itinerary from both Expedia and thier hotel . They just ignored both and flat out refused to help. Ww ask to speak to manager , who you could tell easily, had done this before. He wouldn't even look at our documents , he just kept saying no. Even with clear proof in our hands . He had obviously ran thos scam before many times . We called Expedia and they blamed the hotel and said there was nothing they could do . The hotel just laughed at us . Ive been traveling for 20 years and this is the first time anything like this has happened.vety disappointed with Expedia also , as I have been a client for 20 years . But 100% the Delfin hotel is running a scam, they had all there staff respones lines down to a science . Worst hotel if your going to Puerto Vallarta 🇵🇷"
