「The decorations and decorating in this unique property was truly beautiful!! Reminded us of our travels to San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato. Only one thing we didn’t like was that you could hear all the conversations of people having breakfast upstairs. Some people were really loud speakers!! I guess nothing you can do about that?!! 「Casa Maria is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is walkable from the restaurants, cafes and the beach. You will never run out of options because it is centrally located. The staff were all kind and amazing and helpful. They maintained the cleanliness all throughout our stay there. At night, it was so quiet and serene we didn't have a hard time sleeping. 「We have stayed here before. We are locals and choose this place for a staycation. We had an emergency and would not be able to make the evening. The hotel was INFLEXIBLE as to US changing dates or anything like that. They also don't seem to want to give promised upgrades through Expedia or anything like that. It's a great place but don't expect anything above and beyond from staff. All we wanted was to have them postpone our staycation for a week. There are many places here in Puerto Vallarta...
