「This is a Wonderfull property, short walk to the main street and beach, yet a very quiet street. Small plunge pool and patio a nice, and the unit had a small kitchenette. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on returning next year. 」

「A 15 min walk to the Malecon. The neighbourhood was definitely, off the beaten path, but we always felt safe working both day and evening. 」

「Upon arrival we were a little disappointed that hat the rental did not have a view as described in the listing. The balcony actually faces a brick wall. However, after a couple of days we realized that it was not important because the unit was well equipped and the top floor patio and plunge pool offered us everything we needed. The building is close to restaurants, the beach and the Malecón and unlike many of the others in the area, has a ground floor elevator. 」

「Could use some updating. Black out blinds should be replaced as they are well used! Lamps need updating, not Glued to be fixed. Need windows to be Sound Proofed! Hate the memory foam cause it’s hot, so could use a better quality mattress protector- a Cooling type.」

The property is well maintained, beautiful, and full of gorgeous plants. There is a rooftop pool and lounge area with a view of the ocean. I’m looking forward to visiting this hotel again!」
