"I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this hotel and our stay. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The entire hotel was pristine clean and the views were amazing! The only slightly less than perfect thing was the firmness of the mattress but my husband loved it, so that’s more personal preference. "

"Great property, very spacious especially for Japan city standards. Only gripe is with being able to talk to a representative is especially difficult. For example, parking is in specific spots, I came home one evening and found another car in my spot, I couldn't do anything about it. Next morning I found a note on my car as I had then parked in another spot. Resolving this issue is practically impossible. "
