I was very disappointed with the food options for breakfast. For 3 days, I only had pineapples and oranges. I ended up purchasing a croissant because I was hungry. The breakfast downstairs (and food options throughout hotel including vending machines) was vegan or all Japanese. This hotel will be a great option if they are vegan or only eat Japanese food. The rooms were decent size. The bathroom was small and only had one sink. We had 3 people in the room so it was tough to get ready with one sink. The washer and dryer were free so that was nice.

My family and I have been staying at the EM Resort for over the last 15 years however, the facility has aged considerably. The bidet in bathroom was broken, while the hot water faucet was pushing out cold water. The staff were polite, professional and provided great customer service. This resort requires a little “tender loving care” (TLC). We stayed one night (9/13) and it came with public bath (onsen) however was quite surprised to see the gaunbanyoku (stones) was not included with our stay.

Great in hotel shops, food & pastries. Great breakfast buffet. They even had outside vendors come in. We really enjoyed most everything there. Major problem we had was the mattresses were terrible. Basically a spring frame with a half inch of material on it so you could feel the springs in it. They gotta change the mattresses. Then the a/c went out @ midnight. Didn’t have it checked since we were checking out. Also we got massages there. Different than a western massage. You keep your clothes on & they do pressure points. I thought it was still good but the others in the group didn’t enjoy it as much.

This place is first class. I really enjoyed staying here. The facility smells like aromatherapy. I bought organic food and drink at the front deli. I booked a full body massage and it was fantastic. Was given tea and ice cream to cap off the experience. Great check in and out. Just wonderful. Very convenient to the mall and freeway. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely love this Wellness Center! Very relaxing and peaceful. The Spa is great and the breakfast had a lot of options that were healthy and filling. I highly recommend to come here when you need to decompress and treat yourself. The rooms are sufficient. One note: the bed mattresses are very firm. you can ask for a padding for your bed. Amazing customer service. Very attentive. Overall, excellent and I will be back again and again.

The staff is great, they are extremely helpful and friendly. Loved their service to the max. The property is too old and needs to be refurbished. The first room they gave me was stuffy and dusty (I could not see dust in the room but i kept sneezing and started feel unwell right after entering the room). But the amazing staff was kind enough to change my room as soon as i notified them. For some reason, the taxi drivers are unable to locate the hotel when the online address is given to them. I advice that their address be updated to one that can be located and should be written in Japanese as well on Orbitz and on the payment receipt.
