「Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,...

However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. 「Room had water coming in from the storm. Leaking in around A/c unit First let down was the amenity box for the supreme or superior room. Wasn’t there as promised. The breakfast was pretty much worthless. Bacon so undercooked we were afraid to eat it. A staff member took the container for the batter to make waffles, Finally returned it after asking but it took so long.that we gave up and settled for a plain bagel. The container for the batter wasn’t there when we arrived at breakfast at about 9...
