"Beautiful entry, customer service was very good. Unfortunately although the rooms appeared to be sound proof with exposed brick walls we could still hear our neighbors. Otherwise, it was a great property."

"We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard at other hotels. Wasn’t keen that there were other charges on top of this daily one. "

"Really lovely hotel with beautiful finishes. I thought the welcome beer/water was a lovely touch to kickstart our vacation. Easy walk along the water to get to riverstreet. Friendly staff, with convenient & safe parking right down the road. I have a nespresso machine at home, and really enjoyed waking up to my favorite pod. Bar Julian has amazing food and cocktails, with stunning views. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was very nice and clean - lots of towels and amenities. We did have to go down at 8am to save chairs, but it’s like that at all resorts it seems. Our room was nice, it was clean and quiet. We brought our small dog and there were lots of nice paths to take him on walks. We did not eat at the resort, but the facilities looked nice. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but who we did see was pretty nice. We would come back for sure. "

Nick met us as we got out of the car, took our bags in and got us complimentary drinks, while Jenni was so nice and friendly checking us in and answering any questions we had! The team at The Perry Lane hotel from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is incredible and truly makes your stay first class luxurious! "
