我預訂這間酒店時已經聯繫過酒店要求19:00辦理入住，酒店也回覆過我可以。但是到了入住當天，我18:15到酒店前臺沒有人上班。打酒店聯繫電話沒有人接聽，結果不能入住。完全擾亂了我的行程。對此我表示非常憤怒！
