「Lisa (hotel manager) was very friendly and accommodating. We were really just looking for a last-minute place to stay, and the price was right, so this worked for our needs. If you are even the tiniest bit high maintenance or looking for something even moderately upscale, you might want to keep looking. But if you just need a basic place to sleep, this is very conveniently located within walking distance to most of what Ogunquit has to offer.」

「The room was clean and well maintained. That’s all we need when traveling is a clean comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Not a fan of carpeting in hotels/motels. But I believe that there were other rooms w/o carpeting if need be. Shower is a tiny stand up shower. If you are a big person you may want to request a room with a standard size tub with shower. 「We enjoyed our one night stay. We needed an escape from our city life and took advantage of the screened in porch and riverside setting. We had a take out dinner on the picnic table by the river and the kind owner helped us light the firepit.
