「It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day weekend getaway, but it turned into a weekend full of disappointment. The miscommunication between staff, the failure to inform us that we would need to move to another room, the disrespect, and the violation of our privacy made this stay so stressful and toxic that we decided to end our trip early.」

「Lovely well positioned guest house in Ogunquit. Lauren our host was very welcoming. We had room 7, which has a view of the ocean, slightly overlooked by the bar behind but this didn’t cause any issues. Allocated parking at no additional charge. Plenty of good quality shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement would be for a kettle to be provided. 」
