Stayed here several times over last ten years & been in different sections of resort. Great location but main building is looking quite run down & needs some TLC. Rooms are OK with our bath this stay given a major update but wish they could replace rugs with laminate or vinyl flooring and spruce things up a bit overall.

The room was very spacious and clean. The amount of stairs to the room was a bit much for my mother, but she managed. If staying in 302, would be nice to have a designated parking space for that side of the building to make it more accessible. Friday night it was pouring and there was no parking on our side of the building so we got soaked having to walk all the way around to assist my mother and her cousin who are older to go up less stairs. The only suggestion, other than that it was a great stay.

Nice basic very well maintained property. It seemed as though it was newly renovated. The hotel was right across the street from the entrance to marginal way. If you get an upper room access Is via about twenty steps or more And the beds are listed in a loft so you will climb another twenty steps to go to bed.

Checkin was quick and easy. We had a room with a loft and everything was great. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Indoor pool/hot tub was good. Needed pool towels at 845 on Sunday and the office was closed. Couldn’t get the outdoor hot tub to turn on and there was no staff to ask for help. Proximity to town and beach is perfect! Overall, the stay was great and we would absolutely stay again.

Property is located across from the marginal way. If you are a late arrival , after 8 pm you need to go to a different resort to check in and get your key. No complimentary tea or coffee in the reception -check in area. Our room was on the first floor and the room above us had an issue with their flooring. Sounded like glass breaking as they walked around in their room.

great one-night stay in ogunquit. The remodeled ocean-facing room was spacious, clean and modern and the bed was decent. The location can't be beat, a few minutes walk from Marginal Way, the beach and all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Ogunquit. Perfect for a swing through the area.

Place is very nice and close to everything. Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again .

Kitchen area dirty old food on the floor stains on the mattress and the floors. The door wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t leave the room until it was fixed. Spider webs on the ceiling in the bedroom. Pool area poorly maintained. For the money you pay a night at this facility it wasn’t worth for sure. The cleaning people that came to bring a clean mattress and wash under the couch were very nice. Location was great. We were so disappointed. We will not stay at this location again.
