「It was evident that the building was freshly painted and renovated. The smell of paint was very strong, almost to the point of giving you a headache. Poor lighting in the bathroom. No shelves in the bathroom to put your items. No comfortable furniture to sit on. Had to set my coffee on the floor due to no tables near the one wooden chair to sit in. If you plan on charging top dollar make your customers feel as though they are getting their money’s worth.」

「Great concept, horrible execution! Room smelled of smoke, had to purchase air fresheners to try to cover it up. Overall humidity in the room was extreme, towels felt damp even upon arrival. Air flow in sleeping area was a ceiling fan and a floor fan trying to pull cool air from bathroom area. A/C condensation dripped from ceiling onto floor by sink and on your head if you stood by sink for more than a couple of seconds. A speakeasy was advertised in the room, it was still under construction....
