"We were treated with First Class Service as soon as we walked thru the door. Every person in the hotel/casino were so friendly and very helpful. The front desk, restaurant personnel, cleaning service employees were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 days and our linens and room amenities were updated every day!! "The property was very clean. However, the air conditioning was not very good. When I got there it was set it coolest setting but it was not cooling and never really did. We didn’t ask for a different room because I really didn’t want to have to move my stuff and it wasn’t so hot that it was unbearable but it was not cool as it should have been. I did report it when I checked out the next morning. "
