「Staff was really nice and helpful. However, I rented a two queen bed suite, but unfortunately, they had to move us to a one queen with a pullout sofa. The queen bed wasn’t so bad but the sofa bed was a complete joke. The mattress pad was so filthy we had to take it off. The mattress was so worn out there was just no padding left in . The couch was just completely worn out stained even had dry blood on the cushions. I can’t believe they can’t even replace the mattress pad in the pullout sofa bed....

「The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Parking was convenient, and the location worked well for our trip. Breakfast was decent. Nothing particularly unique, but everything met our expectations. We had a pleasant stay.」

「We enjoyed how comfortable the bed was we enjoyed the free breakfast which consisted of eggs sauces biscuits and gravy bagels with cream cheese we love that there was free coffee although the coffee was not hot but we still drank it. We enjoyed the pool in the hot tub that was lovely.」

「I stayed in the King Suite at the Westport Inn on Saturday night. Overall, it was okay, but the room definitely could have been cleaner and more comfortable. When we arrived, the back window had been left open, which let a lot of bugs into the room. Unfortunately, there were no windows we could open that had screens, so we couldn’t get fresh air without more bugs coming in.
The shower had black mold around the molding, and there was sand all over the floor, which made it seem like the room had...
