Outside needs a cleaning the stairwell reminded me of a flea pad in a 3rd world country But the unit was nice and clean 2nd floor offers no view We would stay here again

Clean, comfortable, quiet but needs A/C

The place was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. 4 stars because there is no A/C and very little air flow, so I did not sleep well. A fan was provided but I needed to open the back door to get some air flow which compromised my safety and still wasn't cool - overall did not sleep well. I'd be back in the winter but too hot for the summer.

Our room in 207 was very good - be aware that this room has no carpet or rugs, except for entrance mat, and was very difficult for our dog to navigate all hardwood floor. Only complaint was noisy neighbors

We booked the room same day we checked in. The offsite property manager was great, we had to call in for the door code. The place has been renovated and the decor was cute. The place was clean and stocked. We’ll definitely book again.

Our stay at Nautilus was okay. It is an older building and it shows. Attempts have been made to update this condo but it still needs a lot of improvements. The shower was dirty with long dark hair at the back of the shower and in the drain. Sorry but that just gives me the creeps instantly. The unit does not have air conditioning and to leave the bedroom window open is completely unsafe as it faces the front of the building, so if someone walks by they are basically at your bedroom window.

Really enjoyed this condo. Would definitely like to come back. Like to rent a top floor unit next time if possible, for better view of the ocean. Only negative, the wind was houling rite thru the crack all the way around the front door. Could feel it all the way in the living room sitting on the couch. I bought masking tape at the store and taped it off. Stopped the wind.

The copper pans were warped on the bottom so when i cooked things it didn't cook evenly. Frustrating.. And only 2 decaf pods someone on the phone said most people don't drink decaf... im not sure how he can judge that...

Worst experience ever! Filthy room. Clogged bathroom sink. Bedroom window blinds were cut too short and you could see right into the bedroom window which was located by the hallway. Found used foil that had smoked drug residue (probably Fentanyl considering the epidemic) left in a book on the end table in the living room right next to childrens books. Drug users outside in the parking lot getting high in their car. Complaining did me no good. Horrible trapped out scurvy motel! BEWARE STAY AWAY

Centrally located and easy parking. As with any mutli-level property, if you are not on the top floor you run the risk of noise from above. That was the case for us, as a small child was above us and ran up and down the length of the unit above non-stop. Luckily for us it didn't start until the morning of our check-out. We might stay in this unit again but most likely not because of the rude other tenants.

It was exactly what they said it was, a beachside condo. the building isn't spectacular, the unit isn't amazing, but it is what you expect from a beachside condo for the price. The interior was very tastefully decorated, the couch and chairs were comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The sofa sleeper was a sofa sleeper. Good enough for my kid, but I wouldn't want to sleep on it. Everything in the unit worked, we slept well and played hard. I would rent from them again with no hesitations.

Beach getaway

Oceanview from the living area! Nicely furnished, clean little apartment. All the basics were there and well presented, all consumables were provided except for laundry detergent. Bring your own firewood for the fireplace, it is not a gas-burning one.
