Better than a big boring hotel chain

Cool little spot. It's quiet and off the main road through town, but not too far away to be inconvenient.

It was clean and close to everything and I liked having a kitchen, however I feel like the pictures are a little misleading. It was very small and the walls were very thin. We were able to use pool at Days inn so this was a plus.

The office is a block away. Other people smoke right outside their rooms and the smoke smell comes in my room. Handy to beach and staying with a dog. Will not stay there again.

The corner room allowed view of street from 2 different areas, there is a small fridge, one microwave and a coffee maker. The surprise was a massage chair. The bedroom was small with no place for clothes. Bathroom was very clean but there was no toilet paper holder! The TV was way too big for the room. We will stay there again. Breakfast is across the street in the Days Inn.

Very clean room comfy bed. Pool was crunchy big globs of hair to dodge. Hot tub perfect. They really trying hard to fix the place up. The breakfast good, they had doots open all the time so mass flies in the way. Guess they hungry too. I booked Westerly Motel but the sign said check in at Days Inn. Across street at Days no hello or welcome. Joshua at desk busy talking to maintenance so i felt i was interruption In fact i don't think he has customer experience I had to interrupt him a few times while there never say hi and acknowledged me.the hospitality staff very courteous. Dont think i will be back.

The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was clean. However the room stunk with mildew and the bathroom was very cold!

The staff was willing to listen. Not willing to accommodate to relocate our room or refund either of our 2 day stay. This was to due to very thin walls and able to hear others having sex and aruging. I didnt feel safe with my son or on our yealry vaction to ocean shores happy and at ease. Room was every small, bedroom only had a large bed and couldnt close bedroom door or walk around bed. Tv was not able to watch tv. Had to connect my own account to watch tv. Sleep didnt happen for me because i was on alert the whole time. Had to walk a block away for morning breakfast and coffee and towles and to use to pool. I hope they do make changes as to a smaller bed and maybe a tv in bedroom and moving guest when there are children present.

Like Spam, I arrived around 4pm went in, mini waiting room. I pick up the black phone not one answer, I left voicemail with my information and phone number, not one call me back. I check Expedia for more information I found I will to check in on different property name is Days inn, the person tell if I would like to stay in Days inn, I said yes, then he said it will be $20.00 dollars more. When I see the receipt to sign it’s $29.12. He’s telling me days inn have breakfast and pool, and the other property doesn’t have. I will need to drive to the lobby of Days inn.

We stayed for two nights at the Days Inn also known as Westerly in Ocean Shores, Washington, and paid the full room cost through Expedia. We were aware that pet fees were to be paid directly to the hotel, which included a $25 per night pet fee and a $50 refundable pet deposit to be returned after checkout. Our dog is a 10-pound Shih Tzu, and there was no damage to the room during our stay. We also brought our own blanket for the bed. At checkout, hotel staff confirmed that the $50 pet deposit would be refunded. It has now been over a month, and despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel, we have not received the refund or any response. This delay is unacceptable, and the deposit should have been returned as promised.
