Clean rooms, pool and and property overall. Steven at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Their breakfast was very lackluster and lacking. Everything was so from a box and nothing made from scratch. We would have appreciated something besides premade waffle batter like bacon, sausage or eggs; however, the price was good. Hopefully Steven is paid his proper pay including overtime as he was stuck working around the clock as managers were out of town for several weeks.

Office staff was great, pool was great, little cold but y'know it's a pool lol They were fast to fix the shower that sprayed the ceiling, that was nice. But the toilet backed up, and I told the staff that was outside my room, and they brought me a plunger to do it myself. I didn't want to be responsible for it if something went wrong, that was bizarre to me. The heater seemed to only blow room temp air, not hot air so I called for extra blankets, and they brought them very fast so that was great. They did their best with what they had for breakfast. They dealt with a lot of Karen's from what I seen myself. So aside from being told to plunge it myself (only number one in there, no number two lol) and a cold heater, it was a good stay. The office staff was a good chat and helpful with everything we needed, and was great at keeping up with breakfast rushes and pool needs etc. I'll stay there again :) and we saw deer from our window in the mornings

I was caught in the middle of the situation an old man have disagreement with a maintenance guy and both of them was yelling and screaming each other managers and receptionist they thought it was me I got kicked out for no reason The maintenance guy very aggressive he was yelling and causing and swearing like crazy manager should ask the cleaning lady she witnessed the situation I was up above right next to her and everything happened downstairs

I was really disappointed with this stay. The room felt outdated and didn’t appear clean. The bathroom was especially concerning — the tiles literally moved when you walked on them. The pool also clearly needs maintenance. The bedding situation was unacceptable. The sheets on the bed had holes in them, and I ended up bringing in my own blankets and sheets just to feel comfortable. To top it off, the front desk experience wasn’t great — the woman who checked us in was unfriendly and came across as rude. The only positive is that it was cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t stay here again.

To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Somehow the booking got messed up and we got moved to another room. I asked if there was going to be additonal charges for that and I was told no. The second morning, they tried charging my card twice yet no one in the office could tell me why it was happening. Then they tried to charge me again that night over double the first attempted charges. Even left a voicemail saying that we didnt pay so we had to leave. The next morning, i went down and talked to them again and they said they needed to have someone look it over. We waited for 3 hours just to have someone come to our door and say we are supposed to be gone. No one from managment could tell us what was going on. I went to the office again and didnt leave until i spoke with management. In the end, they ended up charging us 75 more dollars just to try to have one night out of the three we where in ocean shores for peace. I will never stay there again. The crap we had to deal with our entire vacation is making it very clear why this place was the cheapest. I would really appreciate if we could get some sort of discount or a full refund on our next booking. This was my first time booking a hotel ever in my life and its not fair the way it played out. I feel more stress then when i left on the vacation

Check in was terrible. Staff member was very rude. I thought I booked a pet hotel through Expedia. Turns out I didn’t. I had to pay an additional $150 Staff member was not on shift and came to the hot tub. Placed his belongings on ours. Left and shook our wedding ring out of my pants looking for his shirt. Took his shirt and my husband’s. Did not want to be confronted and had to call to get my husband’s shirt back.

As far as I'm concerned I want my money back. Toilet get clogged, no plunger, he used his hand and a cup. The floors were dirty, holes and stains in the sheets. It seemed more like apartments then a hotel. People out all hours of the night. Someone parked ( not in a spot) next to my Harley and hit it. No up keep of the property. Lights not working, freezer missing door, coffee pot doesn't work right. All around one of the worst hotel stays ever. I will never stay again.

The room and the entire building felt neglected. You could tell that guests with pets had stayed there previously and there was a soft spot in the bathroom from water damage. We felt incredibly unsafe and the walls were so thin, we could all hear each other. We stayed long enough to book a different hotel and left. Currently trying to get a refund for how bad the situation was.

The floors were dirty, needed to be swept before we got there. A little outdated. But the staff was amazing. Very kind, very helpful. Breakfast was a little sad, waffles, bagels, yogurt cereal. Staff please add scrambled eggs and bacon. Besides that a good stay :)

room was very clean, but little amenities- no clock, 2 coffee pods, no teabags, and breakfast was scarce, very little to choose from, and the hot water--was cold.BUT breakfast across the street was awesome
