The tall glass windows in the lobby was relaxing to have afternoon tea while waiting for my room. The staff were very attentive, especially the concierge who saw me struggling with my luggage at my parked vehicle. He ran out with an umbrella to help me in the pouring rain. Room was a bit small but had all the necessities to make a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Great spa and sauna that healed our travel fatigue. Love the garden! Enjoyed the delicious Japanese breakfast. I’d love to stay there again.

Wonderful natural setting in the city
The Hokkaido Hotel is a very beautiful building in a wonderful natural setting, even though it is in the center of the city. The rooms are spacious. Our room had a balcony, but it being winter we didn’t use it. With curtains open it made the room feel even larger. The room was clean, but some of the light fixtures and other features are getting a bit old. The hot spring bath and sauna are the major selling points of the hotel and I can not recommend the enough.

Amazing Hotel!
This is an amazing property. Loved everything about it. People were very helpful and it was easy to check in and out. In addition, we were helped with our luggage to our room to show us how things worked.

The staff are friendly. The hot spring area is quite small, but overall is nice. The shower area has all the Toiletries including towels.

A decent hotel with special moor onsen
Very spacious room (standard twin room booking but received free upgrade). Self drive trip but hotel is near to Obihiro station. Selling point on moor type onsen that is uniqu but scenery of Outdoor onsen is so so. Breakfast came as Western/Japanese sets instead of buffet style. Hotel itself is photogenic with built-in modern church for wedding.

Solid 4-star hotel
5th floor room was in excellent condition, spacious by Japanese standards. Included breakfast (choice of Japanese or Western/Japanese style) was better than average; had a great time watching a tufted squirrel run around the dining area's beautiful garden. For dinner I had the Tokachi Beef at the hotel restaurant to spoil myself--expensive but a true gourmet experience. Sightseeing in the area is mostly absorbing the natural beauty of Tokachi. The hot springs bath area wasn't the newest or most decorative I've been in, but still clean and had a semi-hot bath even I could get in. Definitely recommend the hotel to anyway looking for a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel with a great onsen.
Right from stepping into the lobby we felt this would be a great stay. Professional, prompt and courteous check in. Room was large and comfortable. The onsen was a real treat to soak in after a day of touring and travelling!

It snowed in Obihiro
The hotel was very comfortable especially the public bath. Unfortunately on the day we were there it snowed unseasonally for spring. Obihiro is a small country town especially when there is nothing to do because of the weather

どのスタッフもとても親切で、素晴らしいもてなしでした。熊を探しながらの館内散歩が楽しかったです。廊下のアロマも森の中を演出していてとても良かったです。 2段ベッドの部屋にしたところ、絵本も揃えてあり、子ども達がとても喜んでいました。 ソファー周りにコンセントが少なかったのと、大型スーツケースを広がるスペースが無かったのが少し困りましたが、とても楽しい滞在になりました。

お部屋もお風呂も綺麗でした。雪が降ってたので 車の除雪から 開始かな？と、思ってたのに…… 車の上の雪を 落としてくれてました。 あまりの感動にお礼も、言えずに帰路に着きました。この場を借りて ありがとうございました。 レストランも ゴミゴミしてなくて ゆっくりお食事出来ました。

流石は帯広、いや北海道を代表するホテルだけありホスピタリティーに感動。 壁に貼り付けられた白樺にモール温泉をかけて楽しむサウナも良かった。 朝食はバイキングではないものの値段以上に特別感が味わえる。

施設全体は少し古い感じもしましたがお部屋がとても良かったです。広さもあり眺めもよく、お掃除も行き届いていました。 一点だけ天井のエアコンの吹き出し口から水が落ちてきて、椅子に座っているとかかってしまうので残念でした。温泉とサウナは良かったです

レストランでのお食事が地産地消でとっても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々も親切で感じが良かったと思います。何より珍しいモール温泉に入る事ができ満足です♪また是非再訪したいホテルです。
