「NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT VIEWS, FACILITIES AND SERVICES.」

「員工親切，早餐豐盛，客房乾淨舒適。」

「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」

「Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy but the ventilation is not that good because there is no air-con.」

「Das Frühstück war sehr gut, grosses Buffet und eine wunderbare Terrasse」

「The apartment is very comfortable and the private spa is fantastic 」

「The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place」

「Lake side view is good. Breakfast is at the standard. Away from downtown so better with your own car. Depends if you need more convenience 」

「I had such a lovely stay here during my visit to Gstaad! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable and at ease. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! I would happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a visit.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The level of cleanliness was remarkably noticeable. Also the best view of the mountains and the church !! I highly recommend this place. Room 107 is the way to go!」
