「Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. 「Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.」
