「Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel」

「Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason」

「Location and roof top bar are a highlight, however Front office manager is totally unprofessional. Was quoting higher rate and claimed no rooms available, I was immediately able to book on Expedia and was told it was Expedia mistake to publish rates for rooms not available. Finally gave us a room for disabled which was not upto mark. I then paid additional money to get a room type that I had already booked. Bad experience」

「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...
