「Very clean staff were friendly good breakfast」

「The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place」

「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」

「NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT VIEWS, FACILITIES AND SERVICES.」

「Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the lake! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences me and my wife had. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! Will definitely be back.」

「Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy but the ventilation is not that good because there is no air-con.」

「The apartment is very comfortable and the private spa is fantastic 」

「Great staff and a beautiful view」

「Lake side view is good. Breakfast is at the standard. Away from downtown so better with your own car. Depends if you need more convenience 」

「I had such a lovely stay here during my visit to Gstaad! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable and at ease. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! I would happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a visit.」

「More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. The receptionist in the morning was impolite and ignoring. In gernetal, an overpriced but outdated hotel with insufficient staff」
