「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」

「Die Ausstattung war etwas spärlich, es kam nur einen kleinen Teller und zwei Schüsseln. Gut war, dass es eine Pfanne und einen Topf gab. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht gut - weder intuitiv noch sind die beiliegenden Tässchen ausreichend für die Menge des Kaffees (große / kleine Portion sind jeweils übergelaufen). Nette Idee, aber so passt es leider nicht wirklich. Ansonsten waren die Betten bequem, für den Preis hat alles gut gepasst, Bad war schön und modern.」

「距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。」

「Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. 「this was a work trip. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. all 3 rooms heater was not working except the room in the bathroom. It was end Nov and temp was 2 deg c outside. text them about the non heater but no follow up. 」
