Overall very good hotel for the Messe.

Overall good hotel, no restaurant and only limited selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood, but easy to get anywhere with taxis or train (station only a walk away). Good breakfast, rooms comfortable and good space. Would come back, recommend it to people going to the Messe.

Perfectly serviceable for attending an event at Munich Messe. Close to bus and train station, clean and decent breakfast. Downsides were long queues at reception and bar (they seemed short staffed), huge uncomfortable pillows and the two-way mirror between bedroom and bathroom - don’t share a room with someone you are not very close to!

Stayed for a show at the messe. Very out of the way but nice room and breakfast etc. Would have liked additional pillows and coffee making facilities in the room. The shop is very limiting in what it has and there are no shops nearby.

I could hear my neighbour zipping a bag/suitcase… that’s how thin the walls are. There’s an Italian restaurant nearby that’s decent. Apart from that there’s not much else to say.

I stayed with my sister at a room for 2 which included a small kitchen. The overall experience was fine, the room was clean but a little small. There was only one chair for two people. Kitchen supplies are quite limited but suffice. The weirdest thing was a window by which you can look straight into the bathroom, which resulted in zero privacy. My sister and I made it work but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to any other travel group than couples

Last week stayed there and had same issues and nicely told them , I was thinking stuff mistake or something else , this week stayed even worst Showing room with kitchen but room was complete empty Not a single spoon nor anything in room Even told hotel but they did NOTHiNG Only reason I was choosing hotel far from city because of kitchen Disappointment First time stayed was very good , day by day getting worst , Not staying there anymore

We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom has a window looking into the bathroom which is rather odd. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer (for a fee), and the rooms were clean.

This was our last hotel of this trip. It was spacious and modern. However, the hotel is trying to be efficience but there are things that not wirking (yet) such as the card reader in the lift. If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many things there. So more like a convenient corner, not supermarket. Breakfast was great and on certain days they do Weisswurst with Bretzn. We had it once thru our stay. One of the best scrambled eggs so far as it was not overcooked. Definitely stay here again. The train station of S2 line just 5 min walk.

The train station is a 7-8 min walk away and it will get you pretty much anywhere you need within a 10-30 min train ride (Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Dachau Concentration Camp, meeting point for neuschwanstein castle) essentially all the main attractions. The hotel offers laundry but charges per load and dryer 4.5 Euros each. Breakfast was a huge feast with amazing an coffee machine that whips you up crafted coffee options. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and have a kitchen sink, few cups, wine glasses, wine opener, fridge, and an iron. They come by and clean everyday. They have elevators / lifts which is super helpful. There is a grocery store just a 7 min walk away & liquor store right next to the store. Last tip: place a do not disturb in the front door if you don’t want them to come and clean since they knock and come right in and it’s earlier in the day. After we noticed that we started to place the sign and had no issues. Overall, I would recommend!

Ok room, needs a lot of improvement

Overall, the room was spacious and quiet. There was a fridge, cooking utensils and dishes plus a safety box. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets clean. The common areas seemed clean and cosy as well. The S-Bahn station is close to the hotel too, which was great. However, there's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the cleanliness of the room. The room was dusty, the kitchen area greasy and dusty as well. The filter of the cooker hood was extremely dirty and hence the whole room smelled awful when cooking. Additionally, there were no means for washing the dishes so we had to buy dish soap and dish brush in order to use the kitchen utensils. As for safety, one day a cleaner just appeared to our room without knocking first, really quiet, almost as tiptoeing, which really destroyed all sense of security we had before. All the email communication sent by the hotel was also in German, which was a bit confusing as we do not speak German and were not sure if we were missing some information (e.g. about check out) due to this.
