「Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

「Great facilities- quiet area. Close to tram and bus stops. Lovely staff. Good range of food options for breakfast. Would have liked water in the room. Also suggest a vending machine or something for drinks and snacks as there’s nothing open nearby and when you arrive late as I did no way of getting anything to eat or drink. 」

「The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended! 」

「My room is spacious and very clean, with a large wardrobe for storage. The building also offers a well‑equipped gym. Breakfast is simple yet delicious, which I enjoy a lot. The metro stations are within walking distance, making travel convenient. From time to time, you can take a pleasant walk along and across the Danube. The rooftop is open to residents, providing a beautiful view of the city.」
