「What I liked was the mini pool/jacuzzi and the room, everything is brand new. By the other hand, the staff doesn’t explain how to use the amenities, such as the TV at the terrace or the electronic devices. Lack of good vibes.」

「This a 10/10 hotel, that’s truly a boutique upscale hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. They have us early check in and late check out and recommended great restaurants. The room is amazing, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The shower and bed are 5 stars. Loved our stay and we will definitely come back」

The teacher strike was a big negative and it would have been nice receive a discount on the hotel rate because of the tents outside the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who plan to visit Oaxaca.」

「El hotel es inmejorable en Oaxaca, pero si creo que con poco, podrían tener mucho mejor las habiataciones, baños, regadera, tina llaves de agua, son muy muy viejas y desgastadas, igualmente el mueble de la TV, lo demás muy muy bien, lástima..」

「Propiedad linda y mut bien ubicada en el centro dela ciudad. Habitaciones grandes y agradables. Excelente que tenga estacionamiento gratuito.El personal sumamente amable y servicial. Podría mejorar la limpieza del piso (mis calcetines terminaron muy sucios de caminar con ellos). A la regadera le hace falta mantenimiento (únicamente destapar las salidas) ya que el chorro se dispersa por otros lados, en vez de caer hacia abajo.」
