「Staff was terrible. Someone threw up near the pool and we were told by the front desk the janitor didn’t want to clean it up… the lady who’s kid threw up also offered to clean it up which they said no to as well. I asked about self serve laundry. They have it on the second floor, however I didn’t find that out until 2x running back and forth to the laundry mat off site. The front desk person told me they didn’t have one the first time I had asked. When a friend told me where it was I informed...

「The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us...
