「Hotel was excellently located and in the middle of Old Montreal with everything nearby. Hotel personnel were outstanding and the room was huge and everything you’d ever need. One challenge in the room that we were in was a selection of about 60 steps to the stairs you had to go up and down to the room! Make sure you’re able to accept the challenge!!」

「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room. A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days. Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements. Overall, an OK...
