「I didn't have water for 3 days .... the lights went out the manager there act like he didn't have a care in the world... i put in my reservation in june for a month stay there but i left out he wanted the key back to my room im paying for ..the day im leaving he knows I had a late flight but wanted me back 100 cedi when I emailed them back in June no one responded back to the email 」

「The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

「It’s a nice hotel. First, the GPS took us to a wrong location about a minute away but the guy at the front desk( I don’t know his name) redirected us to the right location. It’s a secured location, nice and cleaned bedroom. My wife loved it because water flowed all time. I’ll recommend it to anyone. 」
