「The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

「Was a nice place to stay」

「Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.」

「Great value」

「A great place to stay for work at the University of Ghana. Very tastefully decorated and with friendly personnel always ready to help. 」

「Great customer service」

「整體狀況還可以」

「Our second stay at AH hotel and we would recommend. Staff go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. Laundry service efficient, breakfast buffet with plenty of options and cleanliness is 10/10.」

「帮朋友预定的，他经常住这个酒店，应该是挺不错的，性价比可以，据说早餐很适合中国人」

「都挺好的，就是价格贵」

「very nice hotel,nice food.」

「地理位置虽然比较方便，但是房间比较小，新的酒店，设施挺好的，还是感觉性价比不高」

「5/5 Stars — Outstanding stay! From the seamless check-in to the spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable room, everything about our stay was exceptional. The host/manager Mr Medrick was incredibly welcoming and gave fantastic local recommendations throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again!」
