「The staff at the hotel is excellent, the facility it self could come across dated for some. For other who dont mind it, its comfortable sleeping and conveniently accessible to ubers. The extra cost for breakfast buffet is worth it. 」

「It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.」

「I arrived to check in but the front desk was not there and the housekeeper said she doesn’t know who I spoke with even though I was trying to explain to her that I made bookings online. 「This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet. 「Wifi worked well, air conditioning was good, the grounds were well kept, and cleaners did a good job. More food options at the restaurant would have been good」

「I loved the reasonable price for the standard room. The food was very tasty and nutritious. The traditional dance performances close by and the band playing danceable music on the beach were exhilarating.
