I booked a reservation for my sister who was traveling to Canada and her family. Expedia gave me a discount on a double room and I paid for it. When they arrived, they were checked into the double room and were later sacked from there to a standard room claiming that the money I paid wasn't enough for a double room. Telling them how much I paid and that it wasn't enough, very embarrassing! Both Expedia and Airport side hotel in Accra owe me an apology for the embarrassment and inconvenience.
