「Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't...

「The hotel is in an excellent location in the historic centre of town. The hotel has a pool but get ready to consider it more of a Polar dip as it is not heated and the sun does not get to the pool area which is on the main floor surrounded by buildings. Overall the location is the reason why this hotel is an excellent choice. 」

「Es muy bueno el hotel súper cómodo y con mucho espacio donde trabajar abajo. Lo único mega malo es que no es sino hasta las 3 en punto que te dan la habitación. Es imposible adelantarlo ni si quiera 5 minutos 」
