「Nice Clean room」

「Across the street from a great section of the beach- staff here were fantastic. Little hiccup with the reservation through expedia, but it got sorted right out with no stress. Rooms are clean, bed was suoer comfortable, and honestly of all things the shower was a family favorite! Will absolutely book here anytime we come to York again in the future!」

「Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. 「Clean hotel in a good location. Booked last minute for a one night stay followed by a beach day. Had a great night, slept in, had breakfast, was told we had to move our car from the parking lot by Check out at 11:00. Checked out at 10, all beach parking lots full, asked if we could park at the hotel until 2:00 (3:00 is check in time), was told no, had to drive home. Good hotel however disappointed they could not accommodate a reasonable request for a customer.」

「We enjoyed our one night stay. We needed an escape from our city life and took advantage of the screened in porch and riverside setting. We had a take out dinner on the picnic table by the river and the kind owner helped us light the firepit. We did have to clean off the table and chairs but understand it’s hard to maintain with all the trees and pollen. The room was immaculate and modern but retained some cool old school touches. 「Hazel was very accommodating for my late arrival and made sure that I was able to get in after hours. I had to add an extra night after the original reservation. She made arrangement/free upgrade so I can stay in the same room for both nights. Her thoughtful help was much appreciated!」

「we stay 2 nights here, the location is awesome, near to Robert's, we can walk along there for amazing sea food. clean room, comfortable beds, easy parking.... I love to come back next time」

「Sheets, pillows and towels needs to be replaced. Sheets were grey. Pillows overwashed and lumpy. Brown throw blanket between sheet and cover needs to be removed completely..didn't seem to be clean. Paint on entrance door was chipping. Damp smell in room. Would not stay again. Staff were friendly.」

「Staff were polite and informative, easy to navigate the property and the area, also for the style of resort to accommodate a nicely equipped fitness studio and hot tub were nice caveats, kids loved the pool and vicinity to the ocean also soo many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed every minute at the resort hope to make our way back someday.」
