「They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.」

「The reception was a big help to us. I forgot to ask his name. He can speak English very well and very very kind. He helped us park the car when we had trouble parking car and provided hot water for us. The location is very good The only problem is there is no elevator in the hotel. But beside this, everything is perfect.」

「Hotel très bien situé ( 117€ pour une double et une nuit) propre et confortable avec , une salle de bain bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire de toilette. Le détail du bracelet touristique est très sympa , dommage qu'il n'y avait pas une petite bouteille d'eau. Si je reviens à Toledo ce sera à nouveau mon choix, bien que je le trouve un peu cher.」
